MUSIC FOR SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 7, 2008
I hope that you all enjoyed your Sunday off and got to relax and that you were able to spend and lot of time with your family and friends. I would like to thank Bradley Perry for leading worship the past Sunday, I’ve heard that it went very well. This Sunday the Choir will sing “We Shall Behold Him” or another song that we might be more prepared on in both services. Please be in the Choir room by 8:00 am for the early service and again by 10:30 for the second service. Thank you for your time and commitment to the Lord and this ministry.
Mable Brown will play the piano and Pam Hagan will play the keyboard in the 8:15 service.
Jean Lueken will play the piano and Pam Hagan will play the keyboard in the 10:45 service.
The Praise Team will sing in the 10:45 service. The singers will be Linda M., Christie J., Rick M. and Bradley Perry.
Choir rehearsal is at 6:00 pm and it is our open Choir rehearsal so please invite people to come. Work also begins on the Christmas Program.
Praise Team rehearsal will be at 7:00 pm with Kalyn C., Erica T., Kathy P. and Bradley P. in attendance.
OPEN CHOIR REHEARSAL
This years open Choir rehearsal will be this Sunday September 7 at 6:00 pm. Please invite anyone to come that you think would make a good choir member. You are the ones that sit in congregation from time to time and you hear the people around you singing, so you would be a good judge of that. Thanks for the extra effort on your part.
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
Work begins on this year Christmas program “Noel, Night of Everlasting Love” this Sunday evening during our open Choir rehearsal at 6:00 pm in the Choir room. We are celebrating 15 years of ministry to our church and community this year and will be inviting all past, present and future choir members to participate. I will begin contacting all past and future choir members from the list that we compiled together two Sundays ago. If you put a name on that list please go and invite them to participate and I will do the same.
