MUSIC FOR SUNDAY, MARCH 16, 2008
What a great time you all had singing “Let the Rocks Keep Silent” this past Sunday. I could see it in your faces, some of you were smiling that don’t normally smile that often. I felt like we had a great time of Worship. This week you all get a break. The Choir will not be sitting in the choir loft or singing Sunday morning, so you just pick the service of your choice and enjoy. We will be observing the Lord’s Supper in each service, so the fact that we aren’t singing should make it easier for the servers anyway.
Nancy Logan will be singing the vocal praise in both services.
Kathy Perry will play the piano and Jean Lueken will play the Keyboard in both services.
The Praise Team will be singing and playing in both services. The singers will be Sharon Doyle, Nancy Logan, Kathy Perry, and Bradley Perry. Bradley will also play the guitar, J.D. Huitt will play the Bass, and Craig Tanner will play the drums.
The Choir will rehearse at 5:30 in the Auditorium with the Drama Team.
There will be no Praise Team Rehearsal.
EASTER PROGRAM
Thank you all once again for singing in the Easter program. Since my cry for help we have grown from 22 to 41 which puts around what we normally run for a cantata still a few less though, but there is still a couple of people I have not heard from who have attended rehearsals since we started working on the Easter program, but not lately. I believe this is a miracle of God. I have been doing this for over 20 years and I have never seen a group double in size in such a short time. Thank you for being willing to give of your time and talents to proclaim this important message to our church and community. The remaining rehearsals will be tomorrow, Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00 pm, Sunday, March 16 at 5:30 pm in the auditorium with the Drama Team, and the Dress rehearsal is Wednesday, March 19 at 6:00 pm. Please try to attend as many of these rehearsals a possible.

Wednesday, March 12- Choir Rehearsal 6:00 pm
Sunday, March 16- Lord’s Supper, No Choir in the am, Choir rehearsal at 5:30 in the Auditorium with the Drama Team. No Praise Team Rehearsal.
Wednesday, March 19- Dress Rehearsal in the Auditorium with Choir and Drama Team at 6:00 pm.
Sunday, March 23- Easter Sunday, Cantata 8:00 am, arrive 7:30, Breakfast 9:00 am, Cantata 10:45 am, back in choir room by 10:30.
Wednesday, March 26- No Rehearsal (No More Wednesday Rehearsals until further notice)
Sunday, March 30-No Choir in the am, no rehearsals in the pm.
Sunday, April 6- Choir Rehearsal resumes at 6:00 pm, Praise Team rehearsal resumes at 7:00 pm with Sharon D, Nancy L, Kathy & Bradley P
