THIS WEEKS MUSIC NEWS
Great job on “Carol of The Bells” this past Sunday. For some reason it just doesn’t seem like Christmas until you hear a choir sing that song. This Sunday the Choir will sing “Breath of Heaven” in both services. We will also be observing the Lord’s Supper in both services. Since this is a special day I am asking everyone to sing in both services. Please be in the Choir room by 8:00 am for the first service and then again at 10:30 for the second service. Thank you in advance for the extra time and effort that you will be giving to participate in both services.
The Ladies Trio will sing the vocal praise in both service.
Kathy Perry will play the piano and Pam Hagan will play the keyboard in the 8:15 service.
Kathy Perry will play the piano and Jean Lueken will play the keyboard in the 10:45 service.
The Praise Team will sing in both services. The singers will be Cindy M., Erica T., Kathy P., and Bradley P.
Choir rehearsal will be at 5:30 pm.
Praise Team will be at 7:00 pm.
CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
This year the Children of Our Church will have there own Christmas program on December 16 at 6:00 pm. The preschoolers will sing a few songs and then the older children will present a program entitled “The Mystery of the Manger”. You won’t want to miss this evening of fun filled music. The adult Choir will meet for rehearsal at 5:30 on this evening, dismiss at 6:00, and resume rehearsal for about 30 minutes following the Children’s program if it’s not to late. Praise Team will meet briefly following Choir rehearsal.
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
We are on the down hill slide in our preparations for this years Christmas Program. If you are going to sing and haven’t been to rehearsal in a while, or not at all you will need to make every effort to attend the remaining rehearsals. Again rehearsals are Sunday evenings at 5:30, and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. The dress rehearsal is scheduled for Sunday evening, December 23 at 5:30 pm, and the program will be on Christmas Eve (December 24) at 5:00 and 7:00 pm with a light supper in between the two programs for program participants and their families. We do need to know about how many people you will be bringing for the meal, A sign-up sheet will be passed around this Sunday evening during rehearsal for you to give us that information. If you are not going to be at rehearsal please call the church office with that number. If you haven’t already begun praying for the program please start. Pray for God’s purposes to be accomplished in this place that evening.

Wednesday, December 12- Choir Rehearsal 6:00 pm
Sunday, December 16- Children’s Christmas Program 6:00 pm, Choir rehearsal 5:30-6:00 pm, and for 30 minutes following program if it’s not to late, Praise Team immediately following Choir rehearsal for 15 minutes. With Sharon D., Nancy L., Kathy P., & Bradley P.
Sunday, December 23- Dress Rehearsal 5:30 pm, No Praise Team Rehearsal.
Wednesday December 26- No Church Services, No more Wednesday Rehearsals.
