MUSIC FOR NOVEMBER 26, 2006
You did it again, “Praise to The Lord the Almighty”, I lived out the title of that song as you sang last Sunday, thank you for your heartfelt singing. This week the Choir will sing the song “Hallelujah We Shall Rise” in both services. Please be in the Choir room by 8:00 am for the first service, and at 10:30 am for the second service. We will need to have a good size group in both services to be able to pull this song off, so please plan to sing in both services. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.
Craig Tanner will sing the vocal praise in both services.
Mable Brown will play the piano and Maria Counts will play the keyboard in the 8:15 service.
Kathy Perry will play the piano, and Jean Lueken will play the keyboard in the 10:45 service.
The Praise Team will sing and play in the 10:45 service. The singers for the week will be Kalyn Center, Evette Eickelmann, Kathy Perry, and Bradley Perry.
Choir Practice will be at 5:30 pm.
Praise Team Rehearsal will be at 7:00 pm. The Singers that need to be at rehearsal are Linda Magruder, Nancy Logan, Don Smith, and Bradley Perry.
REHEARSAL CANCELLED
There will be no Wednesday rehearsal this week due the Thanksgiving holiday. Rehearsal will resume this Sunday evening November 26 at 5:30 pm.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING
I would like to wish each one of you a happy and joyous Thanksgiving Holiday. Remember all of the Lord’s blessings as you celebrate with your family and friends, after all that is what we are celebrating, but most of all be thankful for the best gift of all “Jesus”.
“How can I repay the Lord all the good He has done for me? I will take the cup of salvation and worship the Lord. I will fulfill my vows to the Lord in the presence of his people… I will offer You a sacrifice of thanksgiving and will worship the Lord.” (Psalm 116:12-14, 17)
