Temple Baptist Church has switched to a new giving platform called SUBSPLASH. This new platform will soon replace REALM. If you have recurring giving set up or if you currently give through your realm account then you will need to follow three simple steps to make the change:
Step 1:
Set up your account on our new online giving platform. Whether you are new to giving or are a regular giver to TBC, if you want to give electronically you will need to create a new account.
- Click the link to go to the giving page: SUPSPLASH GIVING
- Create a Donor Profile by selecting Log In or Sign Up in the upper right corner.
- Create a recurring gift or give a one-time gift using a debit card, credit card, or ACH Bank Account draft.
Step 2:
If you have a recurring gift set up on REALM, turn it off.
- Log in to your realm account.
- Click “Giving” in the main menu.
- Click “Scheduled”.
- Click the three dots (…) next to a scheduled gift, and select “Cancel”.
- Click “Confirm” to cancel the scheduled gift.
Step 3:
Remove your bank account or credit card information from your Realm account.
- Click “Giving” in the main menu.
- Click “manage Payment Methods” in the box called giving information.
- Click the three dots (…) next to the payment method.
- Click “Delete Account” and delete the payment method.
